The registration fee includes:

- Welcome Reception Monday night

For cancellations until 26 April 2019 an administrative fee of SEK 500 will be charged. From 27 April 2019 there is no refund.
For hotel cancellations until and including 26 April 2019 an administrative fee of SEK 500 will be charged. From 27 April 2019 there is no refund.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NON-SWEDISH DELEGATES
In accordance with the Swedish VAT requirements, a company or an organisation from a country outside of Sweden with a registered EU VAT/international tax number is not required to pay Swedish VAT for conference fees. If your company or organisation has a registered VAT or tax number please have it ready before you start the registration process. You are required to enter it in the “EU VAT no” field when you complete the registration. Further documentation must be provided on request.
Once your VAT number has been validated your invoice will be issued via email.
If your VAT number can’t be validated Swedish VAT will be added to the course fee.

As SNI is an international conference and we have limited space, the number of Swedish delegates is limited to 50 and is allocated on a first come first serve basis. Thank you for your understanding.
